Main Menu

The Main Menu has been designed so that the navigation is very quick and easy to use. The Main Menu allows you to Play a new game; Restart a previous game; Longest Drive competitions; Nearest to Pin competitions; Virtual Range practise driving; Virtual Range practise chipping; Virtual Putt practise putting and Exit to Windows.

Play Screen

Play Screen allows golfers to simply start a game. Course - select from the list of available courses. Competition - select from the list of games available. Holes - select either 18 holes, front 9, back 9 or individual holes. Players - allows you to select the players from the database. Clouds - select from none, few or many. Weather - select fine, gusty or rain; future conditions will include snow. Exit to Main Screen, Defaults to Defaults Screen and Play to start game.

Players screen

Allows previous players' details to be quickly entered into new games. As the players data has been previously saved this includes name, tee box, handicap, preferred hand, boost and the preferred clubs in their bag. This data can be edited by the golfer, if required.

Defaults Screen

Defaults screen has various settings that can be altered by the centre and golfers alike. Most golfers will not go to this screen as they will accept the standard settings and start their golf. The settings that can be altered are Sounds, Green Firmness, Green Speed, Putting Options, Putting Alignment, Display Timer, Re-Hits, Game Timer, Languages and Contests.

Game

During the game you are able to view the playing information, wind and club information in the top left. The bottom left gives the top view and distance information. Where as in the bottom right you can change the playing view by pressing the arrow right or left buttons, or bring up the options.

Options

Options allows you to select show flag, helicopter fly-by, scorecard, re-hit, practise, drop ball, next player, hole out, show ball, close and escape the game.

Scorecard

During the Game you can view or print out the scorecard for the course.

GPS Golf Putting

Putting using the Simulator Mat is extremely accurate and realistic giving a true and exact representation of the putt; it measures direction within a degree and ball speed to 1/100th of a mile an hour. This means the putt is measured accurately over the contoured 3 dimensional green, for each particular putt that is played.

GPS Languages

This program is so advanced that it can be translated into any language. Current languages include English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. If you wish to purchase GPS Simulator and require it in your own Language please let us know, so we can get the program translated for you.
